Professional Experience
Mr. CHANG joined KingVie Lawyers in 2020. From 2008 to 2019, He practiced with Zhongwen Law Offices.
Mr. CHANG has substantial practice experience in projects relating to private equity funds and other domestic and international clients on numerous M&As and foreign investment transactions in the infrastructure and energy field. He also worked as an external counsel of the Water Bureau of Beijing Municipality and the Transportation Commission of Beijing Municipality.
Mr. CHANG holds multiple professional qualifications, including Engineer certification, MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, USA), Securities Industry Qualification (covering brokerage, consulting, and issuance), Social Work Certification, Patent Attorney Certification, and Legal Profession Qualification.

- A 3-billion-yuan import and export agency contract dispute involving a Shanghai-based import-export company.
- A shareholder rights dispute concerning a central state-owned enterprise in Beijing.
- An arbitration case regarding an investment contract dispute involving a listed company.
- A contract dispute retrial at the Beijing High Court between a Beijing-based real estate company and Mr. Wang.
- A property dispute involving a Xinjiang-based trading company, reviewed by the Supreme People's Court.
- A contract dispute retrial at the Supreme People's Court concerning a Shanghai-based environmental engineering technology company.
