Ms. WANG joined KingVie Lawyers in 2020.
Ms. Wang specializes in domestic and cross-border civil and commercial litigation and arbitration.
She is highly experienced in handling complex and challenging civil and commercial disputes, having represented both domestic and international clients in litigation before courts at all levels, including retrial proceedings before the Supreme People's Court. Ms. Wang also acts on behalf of clients in both domestic and international arbitration cases, with experience before major institutions such as the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC), International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), and Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). Her practice areas include commercial contracts, international trade, letters of credit and independent guarantees, technology licensing and trade secrets, PPP projects, construction and engineering, maritime and admiralty matters, offshore construction, joint ventures and cooperation, corporate equity, and the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards in China.
In addition, Ms. Wang provides legal advisory services to numerous large state-owned and private enterprises. Her counsel covers day-to-day business operations, major commercial contracts, risk management, and compliance matters. She also assists clients in commercial negotiations and resolving potential legal disputes. Her industry experience spans energy, manufacturing, infrastructure, real estate, and insurance.
